Service Description. This Site describes Home Network Installation, Fiber Optic Installation, Network Troubleshooting, Router Installation, Whole-Home Wi-Fi Solution provided by Splice of Heaven. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Splice of Heaven (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Splice of Heaven may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Splice of Heaven makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Splice of Heaven arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Splice of Heaven harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. AR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. Splice of Heaven may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
